Day 13: Where did my Spoons go?

I feel like I slammed straight in to a brick wall at the end of a very peaceful and happy street full of clowns and merry-go-rounds and laughing children and memories being made.

From 100 to 0 in 3.2 quarantine days.

On My Favorite Murder podcast, they were talking about how we are in a free fall, but we will never reach the bottom, so we just need to be OK with the free fall, get comfortable in that space.

Jumping out of an airplane next year when I lose 96more lbs – sounds much less scary than what is happening right now.

Man. Nothing like a Stay-at-Home Pandemic to make you realize you are Bi-Polar and not just battling your run-of-the-mill depression.
